Richpeace Automatic Bed Sheet Production Line<\/strong><\/p>\n

This automatic bed sheet production line is composed of various mechanisms, including the feeding, the longitudinal sewing with adjustable width, a traversecutting with fixed length pulling, a traverse conveyor with automatic feeding, a traverse sewing with automatic hemming, and a discharge mechanism.<\/p>\n

01Feeding Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

02Longitudinal Sewing Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Steel structure, consisting of movable side seam sewing machine,transmission and hemming components, etc;<\/p>\n

Slidable sewing machine head, easy for maintenance, covering1500mm \u2013 2800mm sewing width;<\/p>\n

Left and right sides popular branded sewing machine heads (i.e.mirror sewing heads), equipped with special made hemmingdevice with sizes from 15mm \u2013 100mm;<\/p>\n

Equipped with thread breakage detection function, automaticallystops after breakage;<\/p>\n

Machine head automatic lubricating.

03Buffer mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Used for matching the longitudinal sewing and the transverse cutting mechanisms, so that they can work together continuously and improve production efficiency.<\/p>\n

04Traverse Cutting Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Automatically cut longitudinally the sewn fabric according to the set length size.<\/p>\n

05Traverse Sewing Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upper pressure belt cooperates with the machine head loop-belt device tosynchronously transmit the fabric, to ensure the fabric being fed to machinehead presser foot smoothly;<\/p>\n

Adjustable traverse conveying width, sewing width 1500mm-2800mm;<\/p>\n

Edge cutting and waste storage functions;<\/p>\n

Automatic hemming mechanism realizes automatic hemming of both sidesof rectangular cutting piece fabric and with a hemming width of 10mm.

06Label Mechanism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Can achieve automated label cutting andconveying;<\/p>\n

Label type, method selections are accordingto requirement;<\/p>\n

Can be folded or laid flat two options.
