Product Introduction
1. Welded frame, solid structure, no deformation.
2. Mask blanking process and headband welding process are modular design, connected by robotic arm. Two modular can work together, or work independently.
3. The blanking process includes: 3-6 layers fabric (top fabric, filter fabric and bottom fabric) feeding in auto-alignment, automatic nose clip cutting and feeding, automatic logo printing, automatic mask and scrap collecting.
4. Headband welding process: high efficiency, firm & beautiful welding, mask passing rate guaranteed.
5. Option device: Breathing Valve Welding and nose foam sticking device.
