Product Introduction
1. Three fabrics (surface layer, filter layer and bottom layer) feeding in auto-align, sides symmetrically welding by ultrasonic, and continuously cutting to mask pieces by welding roller , automatic earloop welding, after that stacking automatically.
2. The production line adopts 1 + 1 structure, one main mask blanking station and one earloop welding station which are connected by the transfer system.
3. The nose clip is cutting and feeding automatically .
4. The ear loop is welding and cutting automatically.
