1. Adopt gantry style frame-moving sewing structure, single row of 14 needles, needle(head) distance is 160mm, Y-direction movement is 2000mm.
2. Richpeace full servo control system makes sewing products more precise.
3. When machine working, the sewing heads and the jumbo rotary hook bases are fixed, and the quilting frame can move in X/Y direction to realize the sewing work easily.
4. The table is for supporting the sewing material, and the whole supporting table and needle plate are in the same level.
5. Material are clamped on the quilting frame in advance, and changed together with the quilting frame.
6. The front and back of the frame are open, the fabric loading and unloading can be carried out in front-end of back-end by turn.
7. Machine is supplied with loading stations at the front side and backside, which are equipped with slide rails and bearings to facilitate quilting frame moving. The replacement of material needs manual intervene.
